Important Location Note
Many popular mapping applications suggest access from Sutherland Avenue, but that is not correct. A train track separates the two sections of Lebanon Street. The Ice Chalet side is accessed from Kingston Pike.
Directions
From I-40
Take exit 383 for Papermill Road. From the west, go straight through the stoplight at the exit onto Northshore Drive, then turn left at the next light onto Kingston Pike. From the east, turn left onto Papermill, then left onto Northshore at the next traffic light, and left again onto Kingston Pike.
Continue on Kingston Pike past shopping centers and Mayo Garden Center. Lebanon Street is on the left past the traffic light, across from Kingston Plaza and just before The Shops at Western Plaza. The Ice Chalet is at the bottom of the hill behind the service station.
From Downtown Knoxville
Drive west on Kingston Pike for several miles. When you reach Western Plaza on the right, turn right onto Lebanon Street just past the service station.
