Our Birthday Party package includes a party room near the ice surface for 1.5 hours! Enjoy a warm and private room for your gathering or celebration. $175.00 covers admission and skate rental for the entire public session for the honoree and 9 guests. Additional guests are $ 7.50 per person. Ice Chalet embroidered patch for the honoree, plus additional amenities. We'll do our best to help you and your guests have a great time! The non-refundable party fee must be paid in advance so that we can put your event on the calendar and reserve your room.

Book A Party, Now!

Regular Birthday Party: $ 175.00 covers admission and skate rental for nine (9) skaters plus the birthday person (total of 10 skaters), and reservation of a warm party room for 1.5 hours. Skaters can stay for the full duration of the public session! For more than 10 skaters, each additional skater is only $ 7.50 each. We'll also assign a "birthday buddy" if you wish to help you and your guests have a fun visit! Our gift to the guest of honor: All birthday guests will receive a coupon for a free skate rental to use for their next visit ($ 7.50 value), and the birthday person receives an embroidered Ice Chalet patch! Please note there is a $ 7.00 online booking fee; no fee is charged for phone bookings: 865-588-1858. The non-refundable party fee must be paid in advance so that we can put your event on the calendar and reserve your room.

Groups: Groups of 10 or more receive discounts on admission!   Call us for details: 865-588-1858. 

Private Facility Rental: For private facility rental at times not regularly scheduled, please call us. Ice time is normally $ 250.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum, plus skate rental at $7.50/person. Call us at 865-588-1858.

Private Facility Rental at Scheduled Times: $ 450.00 for one and one-half hour -- for parties, hockey, and more! Skate rental is an additional $ 7.50/person, payable the day of the event. If you think you will have more than 50 skaters, please contact us about options for large groups. Also includes use of two party/dressing rooms and the Bobby Skate Aids at no charge. We'll do our best to help you and your guests have a great time! Spectators are free (unless COVID restrictions are re-instituted). The non-refundable rental fee must be paid in advance at least three days before the scheduled rental day and time so that we can put your event on the calendar. There is also a $ 10.00 booking fee charged by the service we use for online reservations. No fee is charged for phone bookings: 865-588-1858.

Want to rent the rink for a private party? We have certain days and times available for private rental, such as Saturdays at 5:00 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays at 9:15 p.m. (See above for details.)
