CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Public Sessions: We usually stay open in inclement weather unless it becomes dangerous for our staff to stay. You can call us at 865-588-1858 or call the manager at 865-386-6869, or just check this web page, to get a status update.

Group Classes: We will leave a message on this web page and on our answering machine, usually by 10:00 a.m. or at least two hours before classes begin. Our telephone: 865-588-1858. If we cancel classes, you can come for a make-up any other class of the appropriate level -- just check-in at the counter and tell us you are here for a "snow day" make-up.

Birthday Parties: We will leave a message on this web page and on our answering machine, usually by 10:00 a.m. or at least two hours before the public session begins for the day. Our telephone: 865-588-1858. If we cancel a public session, you can reschedule your party for another day (subject to available reservation slots) or you can request a refund.
